Terms Of Service

• I understand services may vary depending on the coat condition and dog’s behaviour

• I allow and understand for staff to stop the session if my dog becomes aggressive

• I agree that 50% of the service fee is payable if appointment is cancelled with less than 48hours notice. I hereby agree that 100% of the service is payable if appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

• I understand that due to safety concerns only staff of Splish Splash Dog Grooming Pty Ltd are permitted in the van for the duration of the service

• I consent that Splish Splash Dog Grooming Pty Ltd may take pictures of my dog, before and after grooming, and utilise for their social media.

• I as the legal owner of this dog consent to all stated above
